Wow! I don’t have enough space to write all the things we loved about our stay here! Where we arrived, everything was in immaculate condition. It was comfortable and spacious! There was everything we needed, and totally exceeded expectations in every way. I loved how there were all the little things to make a stay comfortable; plus more! There were pantry items to use for cooking in the kitchen, laundry soap, dryer sheets, stain remover in the laundry room, there were toiletry items in the bathroom. The queen air mattresses were comfy and provided extra bedding. There were games to play and books to read. There were foot massagers that we enjoyed after a day out and about. I would recommend staying here for anyone who wants a comfortable, amazing place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with fun pools to enjoy on a hot day. We will definitely be back again!!!

What a great little family get-away! Just a short drive to Savannah and Tybee Island beaches, but the water park level neighborhood swimming pool(s) were far bove average. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- from super clean furniture and surfaces to games galore, it was an awesome time. Marcus is one of the more attentive hosts in our experience, and that makes a big difference for our family. Would definitely love to come back!

I’ve stayed in a LOT of airb&bs and this might honestly be the BEST. My kids and I needed a last minute place to stay and looked under “instant bookings” and were immediately drawn to the pictures of this house and the “water park” as my kids so lovingly referred to it. The development’s pools are so fun, that we were wishing this was our original destination and not a quick stop along the way! I’m an art major, so what I was most impressed by was the gorgeous interior design. It was every bit as beautiful as the listing photos!! Marcus was also fantastic and responded very quickly to our questions. We looked up whether they were available on our way back from where we’re going but (surprise surprise) they weren’t. I guess we just got super lucky ❤️ Needless to say, we’ll be saving this listing so it can be our final destination next time!

The location was great for our weekend of baseball. It was 25 minutes from the ball fields. The kids loved the pools and the area. It was quiet and the neighbors were pleasant when seen. The house itself was spotless and accommodated all four families that stayed there together very comfortably. It was very inviting and all in all the stay experience was great. We will be booking back with them when we come back to town.

Marcus’s place was exceptionally clean when we arrived. He even had his robot vacuum still cleaning. Marcus was very responsive and caring when tending to our needs. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again

Marcus’ house was perfect for our large group. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to spread out. It was also stocked with the basics we needed and items we didn’t know we needed, like foot massagers after lots of walking. It was great! Marcus communicated very well with us. We would happily stay there again for our next Girl Scout trip to Savannah. Thanks Marcus!

We had a great short stay here. It was a great location, right off the highway with several grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. Overall, the place was very clean. The floors could’ve been vacuumed, but it was not anything unbearable. All of the amenities were great. We previously left an Airbnb in Florida And it literally had nothing not even washcloths. This Airbnb had several linen laundry essentials. A coffee maker with coffee and Starbucks cups. All of the pots and pans and utensils you could ask for.. lets not forget all bathrooms and shampoo conditioners and bodywash. Marcus was a great host and knows how to make you feel at home.

Perfect location for our needs. Lots of amenities in the house for kids. Marcus was very responsive with some questions we had before arrival, and check-in/out was very smooth. We would definitely stay there again if we’re in the area.

We were the first guests in the home and everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable furnishings. The location is honestly a perfect central location for Savannah or if you’re planning a day trip to Hilton Head, it’s an easy trip right off the highway. Quiet, safe neighborhood- easy to get to. Host was responsive, polite, and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Savannah area!
